Getting started

How do I get started?

+

Book a free 15-minute discovery call. We talk through your goals, your schedule, and your training history, then recommend the format and frequency that fit. There's no payment and no obligation to sign up.

What happens on the free discovery call?

+

A short call with a coach: your goals, your week, any injuries or limitations, and how you like to be coached. You leave with a recommendation on format — small group, semi-private, or private 1-on-1 — and how many sessions a week make sense for you. If it's a fit, we set your start date, walk you through the agreement, and schedule your first sessions.

Do I need experience to start?

+

No. Sessions are scaled to your level — beginner-friendly and still challenging for advanced clients. Every client begins with an assessment and a clear strategy, so you start from where you are today.

What happens during my first session?

+

Your first session begins with the assessment your coach set up after the call: movement, current fitness, and what you're working toward. The rest of the 50 minutes is a coached workout, so you feel what training here is actually like.

Sessions

How long is a session?

+

Every session is 50 minutes, and you train at consistent times each week so it fits around your workday.

What happens during a session?

+

Your coach programs the session in advance. You warm up and prep your movements, then work through the day's training with your coach watching your form and adjusting weights, exercises, and intensity to your body. Nothing is left to a machine or a class schedule.

How many people train in a session?

+

Small Group is 2–6 people following one coach-led session. Semi-Private is 2–4 people, each working their own individualized program with one coach. Private 1-on-1 is just you and your coach.

Can I train with an injury or after rehab?

+

Yes. Your coach scales every movement to what your body can do today, and post-rehab clients are a large part of what we do. Tell us about it on the discovery call so your program is built around it.

What if I need to miss a session?

+

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. With less than 24 hours, that session is forfeited — no exceptions. Let your coach know in writing so we can log it.

Pricing

How much does training cost?

+

Pricing is billed every 4 weeks and depends on the format and how often you train. The snapshot above shows the current starting price for each format, and your exact quote comes from your discovery call.

Are taxes and fees included in the price?

+

Yes. Every price we quote is all-inclusive — taxes and processing fees are already built into the 4-week amount. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

How does billing work?

+

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks by autopay, and the first payment is due at sign-up. We accept credit card and cash only. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Is there a minimum commitment?

+

Private 1-on-1 training has an 8-week minimum. Small Group and Semi-Private have no fixed minimum term — you stay because it's working, not because a contract says so.

Can I try a session before committing?

+

Every new client starts with the free discovery call rather than a drop-in workout. It's the fastest way to find out whether the studio, the coaching, and the schedule are right for you.

Studio & parking

Where is the studio?

+

1127 11th Ave, Suite 202, Honolulu, HI 96816 — in the heart of Kaimuki.

Is there parking?

+

Yes — paid parking in the Kaimuki municipal lots, a short walk from the studio. You pay at the lot by credit card; we don't validate parking. The lots have two entrances on 12th Ave and one on 11th Ave.

What are your hours?

+

Mon, Wed and Fri 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Tue and Thu 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Closed Sunday.

Is it a gym or a private studio?

+

A private studio. You train with your coach in one space — no waiting for equipment, no crowd, and no one watching your session.
